Omega was one of our first clients and we’ve been with them at every Winter and Summer Olympic Games since Beijing 2008. But our relationship with them is not just about Olympic timekeeping. We were recently commissioned to produce a social campaign for the brand’s Seamaster Exclusive Boutique Limited Editions.
What started as an experimentation with hyperlapse, morphed into a creative that was focussed around fluid transitions; from the watch, to the influencer to the city. Working with the French musician Vianney and Swiss DJ Annina Frey, our team captured multiple locations across Paris and a number of cities in Switzerland.
Our idea was based on a mix of classic landmarks and hidden corners, all of which had to reflect a bespoke city engraving no the back of the watch. The creative concept aimed to keep a sense of progression and movement throughout the pieces, utilising dynamic camera moves, innovating composition and momentum editing. Despite only having two shoot days to work with for each piece, we were able to bring the concept to life and create two unique films.
The final creative had to work in both 16:9 and 9:16 for social.
