Using our global contacts in TV and journalism we uncovered fascinating characters trying to make a difference to their communities.

The result - the first time this consultancy had ever used video alongside their research as a tool to connect with their stakeholders.

Here are four examples - Joyce a car mechanic in Abuja who opened an all female car garage. Jarvis, an African American director who launched a theatre company in Vermont. Huang, based in Shanghai who started a clothing brand made from sustainable materials and two friends in Mexico City who manufactured fashion accessories from cactus skin.
